By booking a session at our studio, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions:
All bookings are non-cancellable.
In the event of a cancellation, a 50% cancellation charge will apply regardless of notice period.
Rescheduling is permitted once, provided notice is given at least 48 hours in advance.
Rescheduled bookings cannot be changed or rescheduled again under any circumstances.
No-shows will be charged 100% of the booking amount with no refund or credit.
Late arrivals can not adjust/extend the booking duration, and no compensation will be offered for lost time.
The studio is not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings.
The studio reserves the right to refuse service to any individual or group violating these terms.
By making a booking, the client acknowledges and agrees to adhere to these terms and accepts responsibility for their team and guests.
Any damage caused to the studio premises or equipment during the session will be the responsibility of the person who made the booking. The studio reserves the right to recover the cost of repairs or replacements.
Food and beverages are strictly prohibited in the live and control rooms. Consumption of food is allowed only in the designated pantry area.
Pets are not allowed within the studio premises under any circumstances.
Smoking, vaping, alcohol consumption, or use of any illegal substances is strictly prohibited within the studio and the building premises.
Violation of this policy may result in immediate termination of the session and forfeiture of any payments made.
The setup and pack-up time will be charged to your booking hours. Please plan accordingly.
Additional charges will apply for any session that extends beyond 11:00 PM
Failure of payment may result in cancellation of the booking without prior notice.
A minimum advance payment of 50% is required to confirm any booking.
The remaining balance must be paid in full by the end of the session.
